wx-config missing in 2.7.0 debug-version

I didn't remember seeing any errors so I executed
make clean
make -C contrib/src/stc clean

Then I executed ./configure and make again and this time it created the 
file. Last time I executed 'make clean' also, but I didn't run 'make -C 
contrib/src/stc clean'. So that was propably the problem.

So problem is solved for me. Thanks for your time.
