Application hangs when using shortcut in wxNotebook (MSW)

 I did fix this bug in cvs HEAD, please try the diff between revisions
1.718 and 1.719 of src/msw/window.cpp (see http://cvs.wxwidgets.org/ if you
don't use cvs). If no other problems are discovered with this fix soon, it
should be backported to 2.6.4.
