[wxMac] please test wxMAC_USE_NATIVE_TOOLBAR = 1 in CVS HEAD

Hi

please test the current implementation that allows also embedding of
controls, because I'd like clean up things and have only this
implementation in the future. There are still non-native toolbars of
course, because OSX has only 1 toolbar per frame. 

And things like several palettes etc. cannot be done using the native
toolbar at all.

The native toolbar implementation is used for toolbars that are either
created via wxFrame::CreateToolBar or assigned as the frame toolbar via
wxFrame::SetToolBar
