Ann: wxJS 0.9.0 released

wxJS 0.9.0 is released. The major changes are:

An SQLite module: manage your SQLite database from JavaScript
UNICODE: wxJS is now build in UNICODE. Internally UTF-16 is used.
mod_wxjs: The problems with the manifest files and dll's are solved now.

... and several bug fixes.

Work is done now to make wxJS run on Linux and Mac OS X.
