Dragging files under win9x?

Hello,

did anyone already experienced dragging files with wxMSW Unicode MSLU under=
 Win9x?
it seems that DragQueryFile ignore the fWide flag and parses the structure =
as N files names of 1 character rather than 1 file name of N characters :(
in fact it seems that the construction of DROPFILES with this flag is simpl=
y not supported, because drag from wx app to browser does not work, whereas=
 the opposite works (parsing a browser drop is OK).

any idea?
