You should ask wxGlade developers on their mailing list. It would be 
good if prepare a backtrace for them.

Anyway, it happened to me so often that I switched to wxFormBuilder as 
soon its features were close enough. By now, wxFB has become very, very 
good tool, and I find less and less reason to use wxGlade which is still 
very unstable.
