A few observations, wxMSW 2.8.0 RC1 with MSVC6 SP6

- Docking framework not docking (bug #1587076)

- wxMessageBoxCaptionStr and friends rendered unusable (bug #1587311). 
It's sad to see an obvious mistake like this go into a fixed-ABI series.

Fixed, but wx_dll.dsw is corrupt now (patch #1590292 misapplied somehow)
