Creating a wxDialog, wxFrame, ... that doesn't "steal" the focus

Hi folks!

I want too create a progress-type information window from within a
hidden wxApp/wxDialog. Since this window shouldn't keep the user from
typing in whatever application he's currently working with, it would be
great when I could Create() and Show() this box - ontop of other windows
if possible - but refuse to get the focus.

Is there a possibility to get this done? How?
