Building wxMac2.6.3 CW10

I think Apple made some "update" of old SDK's (especially  
MacOSX10.3.9sdk) due to gnu license issues, requiring the existence  
of mw_stdbool.h etc. while in my CW8.3 there is only stdbool.h.
So what once worked doesn't anymore.
If I copy stdbool.h to mw_stdbool.h I get other errors.
