(Try) Building 2.8.0 for MacOSX

Thanks for the quick reply, it is now built fine, both static and  
dynamic.
I apologize for my negative attitude, but although wxWidgets is  
supposed to be cross-platform I have this strange paranoic feeling  
that anything else than Windows is at a slightly lower priority. I  
guess I am oversensitive. But I must say, apart from this initial  
flaw, it is the first time I have seen wxWidgets build on my Mac  
without errors right from the box. Good work!
