wxSplitterWindow

Hi, I am using wx2.6.3 on wxMSW

I have a splitter window with 2 wxPanels

if I double click on a wxPanel that is not enabled
then the splitter window gets unsplited
no matter the wxSP_PERMIT_UNSPLIT value

I tried this also using DialogBlocks, with the test dialog option, and it i=
s the same

Is it a normal behavor?
