[msw 2.8.0] dragimag sample

hi!

in the dragimag sample, when i check "use whole screen for dragging"
and drag the image outside the application window, the desktop gets
"painted" with the green background texture where i move the image.

The old 2.6.3 sample did not do this.

Can anyone confirm this or did i make a mistake building the libs?

WinXP, VS .NET 2003, Unicode Release, Static libs
