ANN: wxWidgets 2.8.0 RC1

Actually, we've just tracked down the problem we've had with docking on 
one of our
computers. It turns out that this issue was caused by "Show window 
content while
dragging" option turned off (Control Panel/Display/Appearance/Effects). 
Just in case,
it is different from your bug, I've filed another one and there is a 
more detailed description
of the problem:

BTW, this *might* be a bug in the GetRect() code.
