Sorry, I typed it by heart late last night. When compiling I used the
correct one.

But what??? When I create (without wxMSW) a small "hallo world" program I
have no problem at all

In Cygwin it is in the path. I also tried to copy it to Windows/system32 but
it did not help. The actual file has the "_intel-0" in the name.
