[wxMAC 2.7.0] png handler gone

Till 2.6.3 the file could be found in "src/mac/carbon/pnghand.cpp" as 
well as in "src/mac/classic/pnghand.cpp". In the classic path it can 
still be found in the 2.7.0 distribution.
The purpose is to handle special png bitmap files.
