[wx 2.6.3, WinXP, VC7.1] winsock vs winsock2.

It seems winsock.h is included by default.

This of course conflicts with another library I'm using (ACE).

Now, I can force ACE to use winsock (massive recompile etc.) or I think
I would like to force wxWidgets to using winsock2.

I searched the online documentation and found nothing. I actually have
the wxWidgets book but it is currently sitting comfortably on the
bedside table and not much use.

I have seen one discussion in the mailing list archives about defining:
#define _WIN32_WINNT 0x0400.

I tried doing that in setup.h but it didn't seem to make a difference.

Could someone please advise?

Thanks in advance

Dirk Broer
