tex2rtf 2.6 broken? (no hhp,hhc,hhk files generated)

Recently I upgraded from tex2rtf 2.01 to 2.63.

This new version does NOT generate .hhp, .hhc or hhk files in spite of
htmlWorkshopFiles having been set to True in the ini file, meaning
that .htb (wxHelp) files can't be successfully generated anymore.

Simply downgrading to tex2rtf 2.01 generates the htmlWorkshopFiles again.

Has anyone else seen this behaviour?  I've attached my .ini file for
your reference.
