Since cvs2svn has direct access to the cvs repository I can easily tell 
it to make a svn repository out of just a subtree of the CVS.  I'm 
considering pulling wxPython out into it's own repository, but for the 
test I'm doing wxWebSite and wxWidgets repositories.
