If you don't like the hierarchy cvs2svn uses, then you can either tell 
it to use different one (it's been a long time since I used it, but 
IIRC you can configure the paths to some extent) or if it can't be 
done, all you have to do is a couple of svn move commands and one 
commit to reorganize the directory structure in whatever way you 
want.
