Yes, that could work. That does mean having them in on the workings of the
infrastructure, so they can respond to problems quickly. And it means
finding volunteers. All possible, of course.

I still maintain that "I would rather have [Robin] spend more time leading
the development of these projects, rather than maintain a server by
[himself]." If a few (1-2) members of the community volunteer to pitch in
with this work, that would be better.

Unfortunately, I personally haven't the time or know-how to help with this.
