Donations for wx server services

Hi Robin,

Sorry, I'm going to have to be one of those pesky ones who doesn't  
use PayPal.  For some reason my account is locked (odd, since I  
haven't used it for years).

I assume a check would be fine?  Should I just make it out to Robin  
Dunn and where do I send it?
