 It's definitely confusing to have users page (and "other users" one) and a
separate applications page. Either we should really limit the "users" page
to a list of only most important organizations using wx or we need to merge
them.

 Personally I'd prefer to merge them on a single page and I'd also like to
have a template which would allow to create a standard entry (with links to
the program site, possible screenshot &c).
