 Normally I'd say put it in the cvs from the beginning but, if I understand
correctly, nobody is supposed to help you with it until it's completed and
so putting it in the cvs might be a bad idea. OTOH I wonder if we can at
least comment on the project advancement or if only Julian (the mentor) can
do it?

 Ideally it should work with both -- I hope this is not going to complicate
your task as there haven't been (m)any changes affecting this project since
2.6 AFAIK.
