I've added a demo page to the wxWidgets site -- not fantastically
exciting, but it's a start. See:

I've uploaded Windows, Linux X11/GTK+2/Motif, and Mac
binaries for 4 samples. The Linux binaries were compiled
on SuSE 9.2 and I don't know how portable they'll be to
other distros -- probably not very.

I've added distrib/scripts/builddemos.sh to make repackaging
the demos easier in future.

Looking forward to a fresher look with the new web site...
