Initial Comment:
Under MSW, we need to get the compiler to use a general enough format for pointers to members, when we start having multiple base classes, (as wxTrackable results in).

I believe this was part of an earlier submission but lost somehow.

Maybe this modification should not go in wx/defs.h but it should definitely go somewhere.

I've had to manually apply this each time updating wx from SVN.
