[wx-dev] wxSTC, SetText and read only

Hi everybody,

is there a good reason SetText doesn't do anything if the 
wxStyledTextCtrl is set to read only? I would assume that as the 
programmer I know what I'm doing if I call SetText and, provided I want 
the control only as a display, removing and resetting read only before 
and after respectively seems pretty cumbersome... Also as far as I know 
all other controls behave differently.
