some of them are rather directed to end-user like direct screenshot-error
reporting, but in my personal work my favorite points perhaps are overall
usability, IDE integration (VS), source control integration (bidirectional),
configurability of reports/lists, milestone / release planning including
estimates and having release notes generated ...
