Summary: wxHtmlWindow link "clicked" on button up of activation

Initial Comment:
On wxMac a wxHtmlWindow will send a wxHtmlLinkEvent on the button up of a mouse click that activated the top-level window containing the wxHtmlWindow.

On the Mac, the default behaviour of clicking on an inactive window simply activates the window. Controls within the window should not act on the button click.

Hi Jeff

ok, I'll check what might happen there, is this with WX_2_8_BRANCH ? can I
reproduce it in a html sample easily ?

Thanks,

Stefan

to be precise : this click-through behaviour is more common now on OSX,
while on Classic it was very rare, but I agree that clicking on a link is
does not qualify for the basic requirements (rather difficult to revert)
