__WXAPPLE_TOUCH__  sounds ok, although personally I'd prefer to have a name
for the platform without going to much into the current incarnation, as if
we'd think about a larger device, this might get a pen interface etc ...
therefore I liked your other suggestion of __WXAPPLE_ASPEN__  better.
