[wx-dev] wxMac: compile error/warnings

Hi Steven

fixed (was a problem for non-precomp builds), I can attach the warnings, but
the ones about deprecated APIs should really be turned off, as we KNOW we
are using deprecated APIs since things should run under older versions of
the OS as well. Unfortunately we cannot differentiate AFAIK between wx
deprecation and the backwards compatibility situation under OS X
