    Some errors in compiling wxPalm
wx-trunk-fix-artprov.diff
    move artprov.h to wx.h since a lot of applications use it. And src/generic/filedlgg.c use wxArtId but didn't include the artprov.h.
wx-trunk-fix-makefile.diff
    for compiling in Linux (Wine)
wx-trunk-fix-wostream.diff
    PalmOS do not support wostream yet.
