daily docs from Doxygen

except that for topic overviews :)

If anyone needs to modify those, please do it directly on the doxygen 
version.

PS: thanks Bryan for the optimal work on topic overviews! Just a note: I 
put a single "indentation" space in all topic overviews I revised... 
those you revised have no initial spaces; we should settle with a 
convention for this too... I think that an initial space makes the topic 
overview a little more readable...
