[wx-dev] Dataview sample memory leaks

Hi,

since there are still a lot of memory leaks in the dataview sample I 
tried again to find and fix them.  When calls to AppendTextColumn() and 
AppendIconTextColumn() are commented out, most of the memory leaks 
disappear.  Looks like these are never freed.  I got however lost in the 
code for column management, and did not manage to fix the leak.  Maybe 
somebody can have a look into this.
