Initial Comment:

SetExtraControl() was added to GTK and generic file dialogs, and also to documentation and dialog sample.

other changes:
 - dialog sample on gtk in static build has also generic file dialogs (like on MSW and Mac)
 - small changes to generic filectrl and filedialog (CreateButtonSizer is used, wxSizerFlags are used everywhere)

Hopefully someone will implement it on MSW and Mac.

in the new patch API was changed. There are two documented functions:
SetExtraControlCreator() and GetExtraControl().
