We're switching away from using tex2rtf so we're not going to fix its
compilation in wxUSE_STL build, sorry.

I did not find a previous reference for an open issue.
Do you have got the closed items about "wxUSE_STL" in mind?

I appended the error messages as a file because of word wrapping concerns
in the SourceForge GUI.

tex2rtf doesn't build in STL mode and this time I'm sure there is already
a bug report about it.

BTW, could you please include the relevant bits of the error messages and
(non-default) configure flags you use directly in the bug report and not
attach them as a tar.gz (or at least _also_ include them in the main report
body)? TIA!
