There are many similar missing paragraghs or other mistakes in the doxygen 
documentation, that's why we are doing the human revision of it, you can 
observe the progress of the human revision on 
http://wiki.wxwidgets.org/Development:_Doxydocs_review. The wxMenu doc happens 
to be assigned to me, I'm currently working on the range [m-n] files.

If you would like to contribute to the documentation revision, please read the 
guides and join us, thanks previously :)
