 Changing the background color of a TreeListCtrl item has no effect on Mac
 OS X. This can be confirmed with the TreeMixin demo. Enter at least 3
 (children) in the 'Number of children' spin control and click 'Update
 children'. The TreeCtrl gives each third item a green background color,
 but the TreeListCtrl does not.
