 Major Fixes for wxSocketBase:

 1) Function Groups

 2) Fixed all the seriously messed up documentations of it.

 3) Move the long overview of using wxSocket events and wxSocket Flags to
 the corresponding enum's documentation. Only leaving a link in the
 original position. Now the docmentation looks more tidy.
    Also moved wxSocketError.

 4) Other ordinary fixes.

 Fixes done to other classes are ordinary.

 This Patch is diffed against r54227(lately).

 But this patch has a slight dependency on the patch #9582, mainly the
 alias @sample{}:

 ALIASES += sample{1}="\ref page_samples_\1"
