[wx-dev] renaming round for wxMac

Hi

as the naming monikers seem to be clearer now, I=B9d like to do following in
trunk

renaming the =8Cmac=B9 folder to =8Cosx=B9

which then would have the subfolders

carbon
cocoa
iphone
common or core

common/core would contain all the source files that use the core frameworks
ie core graphics, core foundation

if someone has objections, please raise them now
