 Here is a patch to correct errors in ''<wxWidgets SVN trunk>
 \interface\menu.h'' (and check my patch-making procedure.)

 Repaired references to the ''Event Handling Overview'' [two places] and
 ''wxFileHistory''.
 Corrected the order of argument explanations in the first implementation
 of ''Append()''.
 Changed the default values representation in two ''Append()'' functions.
 Changed ''menu'' to ''subMenu'' in the explanation of the second
 ''Append()'' function.
 Added a warning to the deprecated ''Append()'' function.
