 You can observe a status bar fulfilling the whole frame in both sample
 minimal and statbar. Less than 2 weeks ago, they worked perfectly, and now
 they are broken.

 For statbar, you will also encounter a crash when you hit any item in the
 "status bar" menu.

 You can observe another effect for sample opengl/cube described in #9499.

 I've confirmed that this bug doesn't exist under Linux(Ubuntu).
