[wx-dev] wxMac 2.8 SVN compile error

Hi

after some fiddling without success it dawned upon me that this method
doesn't have to work at all for the non-gc case, since it would only be
invoked from a dcgraph.cpp which only exists in the gc-case, so plain
wxNullBitmap for dcclient's version committed
