[wx-dev] doxygen docs encoding in docs/doxygen/mainpages/translations.h

as the recreation of latex->pdf first failed on my machine (inputenc problem
in the file in the subject line) I found out that the file at least on my
machine was having a latin1 encoding instead of a utf8 as doxygen needed,
but I have no idea on which level the error really happens, is this a
problem of my checkout ? reencoding the same file using utf8 solves the
problem on my machine, but I=B9m reluctant of just committing this file, as=
 I
fear I will cause more harm than good ... now my question to the svn
encoding experts : what is the correct fix to this problem ?
