[wx-dev] wxPrinterDC references in wxGraphicsContext

Hi Joel

on the iPhone =AD which doesn=B9t have a printing architecture either, I di=
dn=B9t
have a problem, the forward define was enough for the compiler, and the
methods themselves were guarded on the inside, but I=B9ll apply the patch,
it=B9s on the safer side ...
