[wx-dev] bakefile bug, or am I missing something?

I noticed in makefile.vc that there are 4 tests for "amd64" and "ia64". 
  I'm guessing from the code in common.bkl that one set of each of these 
should be testing for the upper case version of the strings.  Is this a 
bug in bakefile that is generating with the strings down-cased, or am I 
missing some place else in the bakefiles that is where it is generating 
that part of the makefile?
