 Patch:
 Don't keep the transparency palette index of the previous frame hanging,
 using it on the palette of this frame.

 Attachment:
 The face in the second frame comes up yellow in Firefox, Gimp, Windows
 Media Player etc - in samples/animate the face is transparent. The patch
 will fix this.
