 I'm not sure if it's good enough or if we really need to define this
__INTERNAL_DEFS for __EMX__ earlier but let's suppose it's ok for now and

 I didn't even realize I had already fixed this in the trunk... Your patch
is however still a better way to do it and so I've applied it now (to both
branches), thanks!
