Summary: Invalid color in picker dialog

Initial Comment:
When selecting to open the formatting dialog, the 'Colour' button shows the correct color.  But, pressing the 'colour' button shows a color dialog that always starts black

The following reproduces the problem using the richtext sample.

Run richtext sample

Select Format->Manage Styles from the menu

Select 'Red Bold Indented' and press 'Edit Style'

In the formatting dialog, select the 'Font' page.

The color is correctly shown as red.  Press the color button to change color.

The color dialog appears, starting at black, not red.
