Hi Francesco

ok, I'm done with my chunk of overview chapters, two things

- I don't know whether it is mentioned somewhere, but some titles were just
written as @b bold items, so I made these @section s as well, I hope the
@section label must only be unique within the page itself

- could we have at least skeletons of automatically generated API files for
the classes, so that we can be sure that the links to classes and methods
are correct
