[wx-dev] help needed for doxydocs reviewing

Hi Francesco

I'd suggest we have a page somewhere on the wiki with some work description
'howtos' and the list of headers to do, and everybody willing to help can
'assign' the topmost item to oneself, do the work, commit and then come back
after to get the next item. I'm not having a lot of time, but even if we
only can do one header every 1-2 days, if we are a few people, we'll get
there ... and this would be a chance for everybody who is using wx and does
not have the platform knowledge or wx-experience to help with code, they
could help with this - so post it to wx-users as well
